Day 1 will centre around a pitch competition open to all Black entrepreneurs seeking funding for a pre-seed stage venture. Day 1's Black Entrepreneurship will centre around the BCC pitch competition open to all Black entrepreneurs. The winning team will be awarded $20,000 as seed funding for their winning idea.

Day 2: Black Careers will include several panel discussions featuring speakers representing several industries including: management consulting, investment banking, finance, accounting, marketing, medicine, international development, law, politics, technology, engineering, creative industries, etc.
Keynote addresses by notable Black Canadian professionals will serve as the highlight of Day 2 which will later conclude with an open networking session with all hiring firms and representatives in attendance.
