Black Career Conference (BCC) provides Black students, graduates, and entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and each other. The conference’s programming spans across industries to provide streamlined opportunities for both attendees aligned to a particular career path and to those open to exploring their career options.

Connections

The most recent Black Career Conference hosted in January 2020 drew in over 250 attendees rendering BCC the largest career conference of its kind in Canada.

As organizations seek out Black talent knowing that the business case for diversity and inclusion is stronger now than ever before, BCC serves as a platform for attendees to connect with potential employers and grow their networks.
